If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once preparation has begun.

Delivery

We will deliver your order to the address specified at checkout using the delivery method selected.

Delivery times are estimates. While we aim to meet stated delivery dates, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

If:

  • You fail to accept delivery

  • Incorrect delivery details are provided

  • Access is not possible

we may cancel the order and a refund may not be issued.

Stock Availability

All food is freshly prepared. In rare cases, items may become unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you to:

  • Offer a suitable alternative, or

  • Issue a refund for the unavailable item

6. Click & Collect

Where Click & Collect is offered:

  • We will confirm your collection time and location

  • Orders must be collected at the agreed time

  • If you cannot attend, please contact us to rearrange

If someone collects on your behalf, they must provide proof of the order confirmation.

We are not liable for loss or inconvenience caused by delayed collection or unavailable items. Refunds will be issued for any missing products.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Prices are those shown at the time you place your order. In the event of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.

Delivery charges (where applicable) will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on the website.

We do not charge your card for items that are unavailable and not supplied.

8. Refunds & Quality

We take pride in the quality of our food and service.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you believe:

  • Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
